Customer service and customer satisfaction is very hard to define unless you have visited the two stores that I went to; there you learn their salespeople are not trained in customer respect. I went back to my house more determined than ever to find the perfect decor for my my office. Shopping online is easy, my computer is at home and the comfortable chair that I sit in made the experience wonderful. I settled on a traditional look and realized the Henna cherry finish matched my carpet and wall colors perfect.
I finally found a showroom that allowed me to see up close the office furniture options available to me. Their salesperson was a gift from above, he guided me through the complete process from start to finish. I selected the style, color, laminate over veneer finish, and even the handles on the desk! This man’s wonderful company delivered the furniture inside my home in one week, fully assembled. I was ready to move all of my important office supplies into their new home. I suggest that everyone shop online for a locally owned independent office furniture company to help them anytime they need new office furniture.
