Why are people drawn to a concept like low cost lead generation? As far as I know, all lead generation methods can be used for any kind of business or personal endeavor, but in this case I am going to refer to you and me who are in the Network Marketing Industry.
As Far As That Goes, What Draws Us To Network Marketing?
Having worked with the Network Marketing concept for at least thirty five years, I have spent a lot of time and effort attempting to make it all work for me. Until the last few years, I had never even thought of low cost lead generation as it relates to the internet. All I wanted was a way to have some good leads. You relate, don’t you?
I have also been involved in the construction trade all of those years. Usually I would be working the MLM part of my life on the side while doing something in construction. Sometimes, there would be down economies where construction was dead and MLM was full time.
At any rate, I have done many different activities in MLM just like you have to try and generate leads. Warm market; purchased lead lists; cold calls; going up and down the streets; Malls; etc, etc, etc.
So What Is It That Low Cost Lead Generation Has Or Doesn’t Have In Common With All Of The Above?
Common ground shared by most all businesses is: The first step of beginning is required by all of them. A foundation and all that makes everything go on to create success is required. If something is going to happen, then time and effort will be involved. Commitment and strict adherence to the activities that make success was necessary upon starting as well as after profit is reached.
Experience taught me that construction was good when the economy was good. Only the best and the prepared were in business when it wasn’t.
However, the opposite seemed to be true for the network marketing world. In a bad economy when many were out of work, MLM seemed to be at its best.
So, What Does This Have To Do With Low Cost Lead Generation Combined With Network Marketing?
1. Whether you do traditional or online lead generating methods, it takes a beginning and the building of a foundation. 2. You have to have the tenacity to make it happen. 3. You have to do the activities and tasks that really make your foundation solid. 4. You have to continue on with the daily activities even after you have success.
Long time positive results in the Network Marketing industry was hard for me because I never had enough interested leads to keep a steady growth rate.
With low cost lead generation online, it doesn’t take great sums of money to get great exposure in your market of choice. It just takes labor and a steady course of daily activity. You can even do it in your skivvies if you so desire. It doesn’t take motors running on gas. You don’t have to send out packets to hopeful leads via snail mail. All it takes is a limited number of inexpensive online tools and steady persistence.
I’m glad I found the internet opportunities that have turned it around for me.
